Who’s to say that history cannot be preserved! Our challenge...350 square feet of beautiful wood that has sat unfinished and untouched for over 10 years. The floors were in structurally solid shape but covered in layers of dirt, oils and whatever else walks in on the soles of shoes and falls off the dinner table.

We spread the job out over 2 days and invited some 15 different friends...amongst them property managers, realtors and others interested in seeing first hand a system that promises no dust, no odor, no mess in less than 24 hours! As a rental unit the owner requested the matte finish for the sake of the higher traffic.
